What is the different between another Jug?
Firstly, one of the reason I write this topic is because recently, I went for dinner and found an abnormal design of Jug like this.
as vacuum. If we learn in thermodynamic, the heat transfer between inside glass( water region) to the vacuum space is conserved 0. Hence, the ice will not melt away unless you open the lid and let heat transfer between inside Jug and the atmosphere. In this case, high temperature region (atmosphere) will transfer into lower temperature region (Jug) and this process will continuously occur until heat equilibrium take place. This process above lead to the melting of ice.
By not opening the lid and the usage of vacuum space in the Jug, we can prevent ice from melting quickly.
This Jug actually suitable be used in very hot country, where high temperature quicken the melting of the ice.
Besides, it is also suitable for:
1. Wedding Ceremony
-many people are drinking a lot of water.
-using this Jug can prevent vast amount of ice, hence it can lower the cost.
2. Open House
-people come and people return and they drink a lot of cold water.
-using the Jug can lower the ice consumption cost while the coldness of water is preserved.
3.Restaurant
-Some restaurant should offer free water to the consumer.
-using the method, the cost can be cut and hence it lower the budget of buying new ice.
4. Own house
-member of family, who is thirsty can drink cold water anytime.
-it can lower the cost of buying ice and electricity, where using this method you do not need to store the water inside refrigerator to preserve the coldness.
5. School Sport Day
-While we get sun burn in hot weather, we can fresh our self with taking cold water.
-It is convenient, while it can lower the usage of ice, where to move ice from one place to another in big quantity will take a mount of energy.
Many of us still don't realize the true potential of this Jug, but after we read this information, we can reconsider what type of Jug we want to use in our activities.
